Prep girls soccer: Cedarcrest 2, Granite Falls 1

DUVALL — Cedarcrest clinched first place in the Cascade Conference with a win over Granite Falls Thursday night. The Tigers scored early and held the lead into the second half, but Katie Walsh had a goal in the 53rd minute to tie it up. The tie stood until minute 68 when Karli White knocked in the game winner. Cedarcrest is now 12-1 league, 14-1 overall. Granite Falls fell to 6-7, 7-8.
