Sex offender alert issued in Arlington

ARLINGTON — Police are warning people in the Arlington area about a convicted sex offender living south of the city.
David Christian Stout, 32, recently moved to the 8600 block of 172nd Street NE, officials said. He is a Level III offender, the level deemed most likely to re-offend.
Stout was convicted of child molestation in Snohomish County in 2000.
He is described as white with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6-foot and weighs 175 pounds.
