Police seek suspect in Snohomish bank robbery

SNOHOMISH — Sheriff’s deputies responded Friday afternoon to a bank robbery in the 800 block of Avenue D in Snohomish.
The preliminary investigation indicates that a lone suspect entered the bank, approached a teller and demanded money, sheriff’s department bureau chief Kevin Prentiss said in a statement.
The suspect did not show a weapon during the robbery. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect left the bank on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s, wearing a knit cap, sunglasses, knit gloves, light green sweatshirt and khaki cargo pants.
