Oregon driver stuck in fresh cement

WILSONVILLE, Ore. — A woman took a wrong turn at a road construction project in Wilsonville and landed in a section of freshly poured cement.

Deputy Bryon O’Neill told The Oregonian she couldn’t back out of the concrete Thursday and had to be towed.

He said the situation was a little confusing. She did not get a ticket.
