Gold Bar man injured in accident involving ATV

GOLD BAR — A 62-year-old Gold Bar man was seriously injured Monday night in an accident involving an all-terrain vehicle.
Police believe the man was loading his ATV into a pickup truck when the ATV tipped over and landed on him. He suffered head and chest injuries. It happened about 8 p.m. near the 16100 block of Goldbar Boulevard, in the May Creek area.
The man was taken to the hospital in a medical helicopter.
No additional details were released Tuesday.
