MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Dominic DeMiero pitched a complete-game shutout and batted 1-for-3 with an RBI double as Mountlake Terrace defeated Ferndale in a 3A District 1 Tournament game. With the victory the Hawks advance to play Marysville Pilcuck on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Meridian Park Fields.
