Thanks to sponsors, donors for generosity

Thank you to a caring community who made ChildStrive’s May 14 Journey of Hope luncheon a huge success! More than 200 guests filled the Comcast Arena to learn about the programs at ChildStrive and helped raise close to $60,000. Host Dennis Bounds from King 5 News did a fantastic job for the fourth year in a row, while Sen. Steve Hobbs shared his personal story, as well as inspired the audience to invest in our programs. ChildStrive alumni, as well as Snohomish High School Life Skills programs students, welcomed guests to the event.
Special thanks goes out to Liz Stevenson and Courtney Shiels who so willingly and openly shared their family’s personal stories and triumphs and gave the audience a glimpse into their world to better understand the journey they are on and how the programs at ChildStrive have helped them along the way.
And of course we could not have done it without the help from our generous sponsors, which include: The Boeing Co., Coastal Community Bank, Tulalip Tribes, The Everett Clinic, United Healthcare, Edward Jones, Skookum Contract Services, Union Bank, BECU, Roy Robinson Chevrolet and Subaru, Vine Dahlen, The Car Connection, Dwayne Lane, Whidbey Island Bank, Alphagraphics, and BDA.
