Mill Creek: Wright reappointed to commission: Mill Creek City Manager Ken Armstrong has reappointed Chuck Wright to the Civil Service Commission. Wright’s 4-year term expires on April 30, 2018. He has served on the commission since 2010.

Sultan: Issuing sewer, water bonds: The city of Sultan is in the process of issuing water and sewer revenue bonds for various improvements. Earlier this month, the city was notified that Standard &Poor’s rated the bonds “AA-.”

The city plans to finance about $2.75 million for improvements.

Sultan wants to replace water and sewer lines. It hopes to update its storm drainage system and replace a booster pump station.
