Ex-CEO of Silverton Health pleads guilty to public indecency

SALEM, Ore. — The former president and CEO of Silverton Heath has been sentenced to 60 months of supervised probation after pleading guilty to a charge of public indecency.
The Statesman Journal reports that 64-year-old Richard Cagen pleaded guilty Tuesday. The charge stems from a May incident in Woodburn.
That incident occurred shortly after Cagen announced his retirement. He was placed on leave after the incident.
He has been sentenced to 60 months of supervised probation, along with a lengthy list of requirements he must meet as part of his sentence.
