Taste of the Northwest: Bethany’s 11th annual Taste of the Northwest is 5 p.m. April 15 at Xfinity Arena’s Edward D. Hansen Conference Center Grand Ballroom. There will be a number of local wineries and breweries, food and live music. There will also be a silent auction and raffle giveaway. Tickets are $25. Northwest Wine Encounter: The Northwest Wine Encounter is April 15 through 17 at Semiahmoo Resort in Blaine. Winemakers from a number of Northwest wineries, including DeLille Cellars and Col Solare Winery will be pouring some of their featured wines as well as host wine tasting seminars and discussions throughout the weekend. Temple Distilling Limoncello Release Party: Lynnwood’s Temple Distilling is celebrating the release of its new limoncello from noon to 5 p.m. April 16 at the distillery, 19231 36th Ave W, Suite F, Lynnwood. Washington Beer Collaboration Festival: The first annual Washington Beer Collaboration Festival is 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 22 and noon to 6 p.m. April 23 at South Lake Union Discovery Center, 101 Westlake Ave N., Seattle. The festival will feature 25 unique collaboration beers from 50 different Washington breweries, including a beer brewed by Scuttlebutt Brewing and Diamond Knot Brewing and another by Skookum Brewing and Whitewall Brewing. STEM: Science Uncorked: Enjoy an evening sampling some of Washington’s wines while exploring the science of the vine at 7 p.m. April 22 at Pacific Science Center. Snohomish on the Rocks Distillery Festival: The fifth annual estival is April 23 at the Thomas Family Farm in Snohomish. Taste spirits from more than 20 Washington distilleries. Olympic Club Brewfest: McMenamins is presenting the 20th Annual Olympic Brewfest from 1 to 11 p.m. April 23 at the Olympic Club Hotel + Theater, 112 N. Tower Ave., Centralia. Besides a number of McMenamins breweries, there will be nearly 20 local breweries on hand, including Scuttlebutt Brewing and Diamond Knot Brewing. Admission is free and a 10-sample taster punch card is $13. All ages welcome, except in the brewery and theater. Seattle Beer Week: Seattle Beer Week kicks off May 12 at Reuben’s Brews and runs through May 22. There will be about 70 events over the 11 days at locations around Seattle and the surrounding area, including some events at The Hop and Hound in Bothell. Beer Camp Across America: Sierra Nevada’s Beer Camp Across America Festival Tour stops in Seattle from 1 to 5 p.m. June 11. The festival, which will be at Lake Union Park, includes beers from 100 Northwest breweries, including Foggy Noggin Brewing, Justice Brewing and Sound to Summit Brewing. The beer will feature the collaboration beer Moxee-Moron Imperial Session IPA, brewed by five breweries, including Washington breweries Bale Breaker Brewing and Black Raven Brewing.
