Tour de Terrace: The Mountlake Terrace community festival runs July 29-31. Highlights include a parade at 6:45 p.m. July 29, and fireworks just after 10 p.m. July 30. Quilt show: Quilts on the Beach runs 10 a.m.-4 p.m. July 30 at Cama Beach State Park, 1880 S West Camano Drive, Camano Island. The Cama Beach Quilters have named more than 300 quilts since 2002 for the state park cabins. This open-air display will show them off, hanging from cabins and other buildings.
