Rhonda Matthes has joined Coastal Community Bank as a vice president and business development officer at the bank’s branch at 5415 Evergreen Way after serving both small and large financial institutions for 20 years. Matthes also serves on the board of Lynnwood-based Clothes for Kids and is a former ambassador chair and treasurer for the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County.

Annual agriculture survey begins
Last week, the Washington State Employment Security Department began its annual Agricultural Wage and Practice Survey, covering occupations and activities for which employers have requested H-2A workers. Results of the survey will be posted on the Employment Security website when they are available. Results from prior surveys can be found there as well.
