Community Transit will operate local buses and DART Paratransit service within Snohomish County on regular schedules on Presidents Day, which is Monday. Commuter service to and from downtown Seattle and the University District will be reduced.
Downtown Seattle service will be limited to Routes 402, 413 and 421. University District service will be limited to Route 855 only. Sound Transit will be on regular weekday service.

Road upgrades in Bothell, Mill Creek: Learn more about major changes coming to arterials at an open house scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Mill Creek Elementary School, 3400 148th St. SE.
Updates include widening work on Seattle Hill Road set to start in April. It would add sidewalks, planter strips and better systems for storm runoff between 132nd Street SE and 35th Avenue SE.
Once that work is complete, likely in 2018, county roads officials hope to begin making improvements to 35th Avenue from 180th Street SE north to 152nd Street SE.
Another project, which has no start date, would provide continuous sidewalks along 156th Street SE between 35th Avenue and Forest View Elementary and Gateway Middle schools.
