State lawmakers holding town-hall meetings over the weekend

OLYMPIA — Snohomish County residents can question state lawmakers on an array of issues during town hall meetings this weekend.
Rep. John Lovick, D-Mill Creek, plans to host two public meetings Saturday. ]Each is scheduled to last 90 minutes.
The first will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the Lake Stevens Fire District Conference Center, 10518 18th St. SE in Lake Stevens. The second starts at 2:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Mill Creek City Hall, 15828 Main St. For information, call 360-786-7804
On Sunday, the three Democratic lawmakers of the 1st Legislative District have scheduled a town hall meeting at 2:30 p.m. in Mobius Hall on the Cascadia College/University of Washington Bothell campus.
Sen. Guy Palumbo, of Maltby, and Reps. Derek Stanford, of Bothell, and Shelley Kloba, of Kirkland, will provide updates on the legislative session and take questions from those in attendance.
Free parking will be available in the North Garage on Campus Way. Other campus parking garages will have a fee.
