Caring Transitions opens in Everett to help with elder care

Caring Transitions of North Puget Sound has opened in Everett. The franchise, owned by Jim Burnett and Chris Seaver, is a resource for managing senior relocations, downsizing and estate liquidations.

Burnett has a master’s degree in health care administration and previously worked as executive director of several assisted living facilities. Seaver, a long-time antique collector, has many years of retail experience.
