Coast Real Estate Services sells real estate brokerage group

Coast Real Estate Services, a large commercial real estate firm based in Everett, recently sold its real estate brokerage group, Coast/SVN, to Whitecap commercial real estate.

Candice Chevaillier, a former senior adviser with Coast/SVN, bought the firm’s franchise right with national brand SVN and moved the company to Seattle under Whitecap/SVN Advisors, focusing on income property sales and leasing. Terms of the deal weren’t announced.
