Man injured in Arlington crash dies

ARLINGTON — An man in his 80s has died from injuries sustained in a Friday crash in Arlington.

His name was not made public as of Monday morning.

The man had been flown in a helicopter Friday to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

The crash happened about 3 p.m. along 204th Street NE. Three vehicles collided near the intersection with 77th Avenue NE, city spokeswoman Kristin Banfield said.

Firefighters cut the victim from his car. A 29-year-old woman also was hospitalized as a precaution.

The investigation was ongoing Monday.
