Cook up some burgers and s’mores

1. Burst of ‘mallows

You’ll want more s’mores with these marshmallows.

Made by Campfire and called Mallow Bursts, these cotton-ball sized puffs come in key lime, lemon meringue, pink lemonade and blue raspberry favors. Only 10 calories a burst.

Or melt and mix with cereal for crispy rice treats. The recipe is on the bag.

You don’t even have to open the bag to get a whiff. The sweet, fruity aroma emits through the plastic.

2. Burst of burger

Today is National Hamburger Day.

Celebrate with your favorite patty and bun or try something new.

How about a pretzel bun? Or use clumped ramen noodles instead of bread. For real. It looks delish.

For the patty, substitute beans or lamb for beef.

Add Sriracha pickles, truffle mayonnaise, fried egg and French fries.

Gotta have fries.

3. Burst of art

The popular annual Artists’ Garage Sale is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 3 at Schack Art Center, 2921 Hoyt Ave., Everett.

Get in line early if you want to be part of the stampede of shoppers seeking great deals on original art.

Closing time is another good time to go.

Bring cash. It speeds up the sale and gives you more time to shop.

More than 100 artists will be selling rejects, seconds, old stock and new work, including paintings, jewelry, glass, fiber arts, ceramics, photography, sculpture and garden art.

Admission is free, and so is parking on the street and at the Everpark Garage, a block north of the event.

More money to spend. Cha-ching!
