Arthur Robbins

Age: 28

Height: 5 feet, 8 inches

Weight: 238 pounds

Hair: Red

Eyes: Hazel

Robbins has a felony warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for unlawful imprisonment. Robbins is a Level 3 sex offender.

Breena Johnson

Age: 35

Height: 5 feet, 8 inches

Weight: 150 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Blue

Johnson has a felony warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. She is being supervised for possession of a controlled substance.
