Man killed in Highway 99 crash Monday is identified

LYNNWOOD —A man who died after a two-car crash Monday night on Highway 99 has been identified as a south Snohomish County man.
Joshua Tolliver, 29, died from blunt force injuries, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner.
The crash in the 156th Street SW block was reported shortly before midnight, the Washington State Patrol reported.
The driver of the other car, a Honda Accord, is an Edmonds man, 52. He was not injured, troopers said.
Both vehicles were heading south when they collided, and each struck utility poles, troopers wrote in an accident memo.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
