Lynnwood man, 42, killed after losing control of car on I-5

EVERETT — A 42-year-old Lynnwood man was killed early Sunday morning after he lost control of his car on I-5.
The Washington State Patrol identified the man as Diosdado L. Mostrales.
A state patrol report on the incident said that he was driving northbound about 1 a.m. when he lost control of his car, swerving to the right and striking a barrier on the shoulder. The car then crossed five traffic lanes and hit a barrier on the left shoulder.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
