ARLINGTON — Foul play is not suspected in the death of a man found in the Stillaguamish River, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.
Two anglers found the body of Albert Leung around 5 p.m. Nov. 1 in the river near 59th Avenue NE and Dike Avenue. He was 41.
Leung, of Lake Stevens, had a long history of mental health struggles, according to the sheriff’s office.
No evidence has emerged to suggest the death was suspicious. The official cause and manner of death are pending.
