Two victims of separate accidents are identified

EVERETT — The names of two men fatally injured in separate traffic crashes Nov. 5 were made public Wednesday.
Diosdado L. Mostrales, 42, died in a crash on I-5 in Everett. He suffered neck injuries and his death has been ruled an accident by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Robert W. Allender, 79, of Monroe, of died at a hospital from blunt force injuries received in a crash on Highway 203 near Monroe. Medical examiners also ruled his death an accident.
