Alderwood-Terrace Rotary hands out Educator of the Month honors

The Rotary Club of Alderwood-Terrace awarded its October Educators of the Month.
Kathryn Lundstrom is a special education teacher at Hazelwood Elementary School, where she has taught for 15 years. “She meets (her students) where they’re at academically and challenges them to grow as learners and community members,” Principal Tim Parnell said.
Nikki Longworth is a teacher at Brier Terrace Middle School who has helped students overcome their fear of math.
