Arnold is state’s top school psychologist

Everett School District psychologist Robin Arnold was named the 2017 Washington School Psychologist of the Year by the Washington State Association for School Psychologists. Arnold was honored for high ethical standards, effective interpersonal skills, and dedication to improving conditions for children, families, schools and communities.

Arnold supports Lowell and Forest View elementary schools.
