Oak Harbor grad completes Air Force basic training

U.S. Air Force Airman Bernard Deguzman Jr. graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. Deguzman is the son of Bernard and Lorna Deguzman, of Oak Harbor. He is a 2013 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
