Homage Senior Services honors Herald for community outreach

EVERETT — The Daily Herald was recognized by Homage Senior Services with the Powerful Partners Award on Friday at the group’s annual gala and fundraiser at Angel of the Winds Arena.
The award was presented to Herald Publisher Josh O’Connor. The Daily Herald received the recognition for its work with Homage Senior Services in producing a monthly newspaper that focuses on information about programs and services that support the independence of older adults and people with disabilities in Snohomish County.
