EVERETT — An argument led to a car chase and gunfire Tuesday night.
Cars were hit by bullets, but nobody was injured, Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.
The trouble began about 10 p.m. outside a restaurant in the 6900 block of Evergreen Way.
A man, 33, said there was an altercation with occupants of a black Audi. He got into his Nissan and drove away after a gun was displayed, Snell said.
The Audi chased the Nissan and shots were fired in the 7200 block of Beverly Lane.
“We received numerous 911 calls,” Snell said.
The victim’s car was struck by bullets, as was another vehicle parked in the area.
Police searched the area but found no other obvious signs of damage, Snell said.
Investigators were working Wednesday to obtain surveillance video.
