Cascade artist wins contest

A painting of “Kenny” by Cascade High School student Andrew Culver will go on permanent display at Everett School District offices. Culver’s work was selected for purchase, of $200, thanks to an annual Everett Public Schools Foundation program. The superintendent selects the winning work each year.
