Deputies investigate another shooting in south Everett area

EVERETT — An altercation and shots fired Saturday night are being investigated by Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
It is the latest incident in a string of gunfire in the south Everett, Lynnwood and Mukilteo area. No injuries were reported.
According to the sheriff’s office, the shooting happened in a retail complex in the 13100 block of Fourth Avenue West, near the Mariner Park and Ride along I-5, south of Everett.
The people involved in the altercation and the shooting fled and have yet to be identified or located, the sheriff’s office said.
