TSA holding job fair for Paine Field passenger screeners

LYNNWOOD — The federal Transportation Security Administration, the agency that oversees passenger screening at commercial airports, is holding a hiring event for anyone interested in working as a TSA officer at the new passenger terminal at Paine Field in Everett.

The hiring event will be at WorkSource Lynnwood from 2 to 4 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

The WorkSource office is at 18009 Highway 99, Suite A, in Lynnwood.

Potential applicants should register for the event at www.WorkSourceWA.com.

Application assistance will be provided. Wi-Fi is available, so job-seekers may bring a laptop.

Commercial airline flights from the Snohomish County-owned airport are expected to begin early next year.
