New Year’s party in Edmonds
The Edmonds Senior Center holds an afternoon New Year’s Eve Party from 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 31 at 220 Railroad Ave. Cost is $15 for members, $20 non-members. Space is limited and sign-up is required. Enjoy live music by Astoria Band, dancing, a prime rib meal, champagne toast and party favors.

Daddy, don’t forget that dance
Valentine’s Day is a ways off, but the time to sign up for popular Daddy-Daughter Dances in local communities is already underway with city recreation departments and other groups.
Edmonds: 6:30 to 8 p.m. Feb. 23; $12.50 per person, $6 for each additional daughter. Live DJ, cookies, popcorn and punch. All ages. Registration required. Photos available for purchase. More info: 425-771-0230.

In Marysville, registration opens in early January for four Father-Daughter Valentines Dance sessions. Dances will be held Feb. 2 and 9. The event includes music, refreshments and a commemorative photo.
Arlington Boys & Girls Club also will reprise its dance, on Feb. 8 and 9. Details will come in early January.

Save the date for school fundraisers
The Foundation for Edmonds School District annual benefit is March 15 and this year includes a breakfast or lunch option. Breakfast is 7 a.m., lunch at 11:30 a.m., both at Embassy Suites in Lynnwood. Suggested donation is $150.

The Everett Public Schools Foundation annual benefit breakfast is 7 a.m. March 6 at the Edward D Hansen Conference Center, 2000 Hewitt Ave., Everett. Registration is underway. Business sponsors also needed.

Find quick links to frequently requested pages, such as school meal menus, forms, board policies and transportation information. The new site also is mobile friendly. Some pages may not be available; construction continues in some areas.
