Robert Ray Low

Age: 35

Height: 5 feet, 11 inches

Weight: 181 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Hazel

Low has a felony warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for failing to register as a felony sex offender. Low is a Level 3 registered sex offender and is an affiliated gang member.

Edward Travis English

Age: 33

Height: 5 feet, 10 inches

Weight: 140 pounds

Hair: Blonde

Eyes: Blue

English has a felony warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree child molestation. English is a Level 1 registered sex offender.
