Detectives seek Everett man in property thefts

EVERETT — Snohomish County detectives are asking for the public’s help to find 44-year-old Timothy Curtis.
He has a nationwide felony warrant out for his arrest.
Curtis is suspected of using a fake ID and a fraudulent check to buy thousands of dollars’ worth of items from Marysville businesses, including a $5,000 HCS18 Pro sod cutter from Pilchuck Rentals and $2,000 in building materials.
Curtis may have been doing landscaping work in Everett and north Snohomish County, according to the sheriff’s office.
He has a history of convictions for motor vehicle theft and possession of stolen property.
Curtis is 6-foot, weighs about 240 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes. He may have been driving a dark-colored F-150, possibly with camouflage decals. He has been attempting to sell the vehicle, according to the sheriff’s office.
