Woman injured after alleged hit-and-run DUI crash on I-5

MARYSVILLE — A woman was taken to the hospital after her car was hit in a suspected DUI crash early Thursday morning on I-5.
A 47-year-old Lake Stevens man was southbound on the freeway when his Volkswagen Passat rear-ended a BMW 325 driven by a 63-year-old woman from Blaine. She was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
The man was arrested for investigation of driving with a suspended license, hit and run, and vehicular assault. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
