LYNNWOOD — Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed two banks in Lynnwood on Tuesday.
Around 11:30 a.m., the suspect reportedly went to the Key Bank in the 19800 block of 44th Avenue West and demanded cash, implying he had a weapon, said Lynnwood Cmdr. Sean Doty.
“At this time, it does not appear the suspect obtained any money from this first location,” Doty wrote in an email.
Minutes later, the man went across the street to a Wells Fargo. This time he reportedly left with money, though the amount hasn’t been determined, police say.
No one reported seeing a weapon and there were no injuries, Doty wrote.
The incidents are still being investigated.
