I-976 passed because of state’s poor spending priorities

Hello Washington state Department of Transportation: Maybe with the passage of Initiative 976 the state will finally get the message that we want them to manage our money better. So much money was poured into intimidation advertising, threatening that critical infrastructure would fall into disrepair if the initiative passed. You should have thought of that before it came to this. In hindsight, be honest state officials, did we really need animal bridges over I-90 prioritized over our critical aging infrastructure?
