Possible parking dispute led to gunfire, man’s death

LYNNWOOD — A dispute between neighbors late Saturday ended with a man shot and killed.
The victim, believed to be a 37-year-old man from Federal Way, was visiting someone in the 3300 block of 203rd Street SW near Lynnwood, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said. According to initial reports to deputies, the argument was over parking, and someone fired a gun around 11 p.m.
The suspect, a 27-year-old man, was taken into custody.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the homicide. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the victim and determine the cause and manner of death.
