Man shot in neighborly dispute north of Lynnwood

LYNNWOOD — A 35-year-old man was shot Saturday morning at a residence north of Lynnwood, in what authorities call a dispute between neighbors.
Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 14800 block of Highway 99, where they met the man at a Safeway store.
The man who was shot was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, said sheriff’s Lt. Steve McDonald. A suspect was arrested shortly after and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of first-degree assault.
