Herald homework: P.E. is good for each student’s health

I believe that P.E. should remain mandatory for all grades before college. To set the table, according to “Advantages and Disadvantages of Mandatory P.E in Schools,” ”The classes help students burn calories, exercise muscles, reduce stress levels and improve their psychological and physical health.” Youth in this period of time tend to eat much more than they exercise; how can these students burn calories without P.E? Looking at the essay “The Pros and Cons of Physical Education in Schools,” ”for many of our students, the only exposure they have to physical education and its many positive benefits is at school.” For many people, it is really hard to get exercise outside of school; the only time to exercise is at P.E.
Nearing the finish line, Bright Hub states that people who exercise regularly during childhood and adolescence are more likely to exercise during adulthood. When adults exercise, they will not have to deal with many health problems like heart disease.
To admit, students don’t have a lot of choice in games and other activities. This is true, but with P.E., students will work on teamwork, cooperation and have fun. So, in your next P.E class, learn and see how P.E. can be fun and make you feel happy.
