There is such a thing as delegating power. Delegating power is not about making fall guys or leaving people holding a bag that no one wants to hold.

Delegating power is a way to put people with more expertise in positions where decisions will be better made.

It’s also a way to build a team that will be ready for a new leaders to step in and have a successful system.

If any leader wants to make historical achievement, then it is very important. No one lives for ever.
