TULALIP — Police were investigating a crash that killed one person and sent three others to the hospital Tuesday morning on the Tulalip Reservation.

A black Dodge pickup crashed into a utility pole near Lager Lane and Turk Drive just after 7:30 a.m., according to police.

Turk Drive was closed as the Tulalip Tribal Police Department and the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office investigated the crash, tribes spokesperson Niki Cleary said. Traffic was routed through the Mission Highlands neighborhood.

Names of the victims were not released because minors were involved, according to Tulalip police.
