Edmonds-Woodway 57, at Monroe 40
MONROE — Led by Cam Hiatt’s 19 points and 17 rebounds, the South Division champion Warriors improved to 21-1 overall by knocking off North champion Monroe (18-3). Will added Alseth added 15 and DJ Karl had 11 for E-W, who earned the top seed in the 3A District 1 tournament, and on Saturday will host Thursday’s Meadowdale-Ferndale winner. Chayce Waite-Kellar scored a team-high 10 for the Bearcats, who will play either Everett or Sedro-Woolley at home Saturday.
The 3A District 1 tournament bracket had not been released at press time, though both teams will likely receive first-round byes and host games at 7 p.m. Friday.

Meadowdale 61, Stanwood 49
STANWOOD — Noah Million poured in 30 points to lead the Mavericks (10-11 overall) into the 3A District 1 tournament. Million made 11 of 16 field goals and shot 5-for-5 from the free-throw line. Natnael Ghirmay added 14 points and pulled down a game-high nine rebounds. Ninth-seeded Meadodale will play at No. 8-seed Ferndale Thursday in a loser-out game. Cole Thorson scored a team-high 14 points for the Spartans, whose season ended at 6-16.

Arlington 61, Lake Stevens 52
LAKE STEVENS — Leyton Martin’s 22 points for the Eagles prevented Lake Stevens from locking up a playoff spot. The Vikings (8-13 overall, 5-7 league), who were led by Tyson Bell’s 14 points, will play Mariner (5-7 league, 1-1 against Lake this season) Wednesday for Wesco’s fourth and final berth into the 4A District 1-2 tournament. Kaid Hunter (14) and Jake Willis (13) also scored in double figures for Arlington (16-5 overall, 10-2 league).
Glacier Peak 80, Cascade 39
EVERETT — Led by Jo Lee’s 21 points, the Grizzles completed an undefeated season (12-0) in league and improved to 18-2 overall. Jace Nelson added 15 and Zach Albright and Luke Posey scored 10 apiece for GP. Andrew Mitchell III led Cascade with 13 as the Bruins finished their season 3-15, 1-11.

EDMONDS — Powered by Finley Wichers’ 21 points and eight rebounds, the Warriors (10-11 overall) secured a spot in the 3A District 1 tournament. Jasmine Gill (14 points, five assists) and Darcy Brennan (six points, 12 rebounds) helped lead the charge for E-W, while Annika Beckstrom made key contributions off the bench with eight points, including 4-for-4 from the free throw line. The Warrior, seeded 11th in the district tournament, will head to No. 6-seed Mount Vernon Wednesday for a loser-out game. Individual statistics were not reported for the Royals, whose season ended with a 2-20 record.
