Here’s who filed for the primary election in Snohomish County

EVERETT — The filing deadline has passed for the Aug. 5 primary election.

For city-level races, candidates will only appear on the Aug. 5 ballot if three or more people are running for a position. Otherwise, candidates will face off in the Nov. 4 general election. Those running have until May 12 to withdraw from the ballot.
