Archbishop Murphy 27, Shorecrest 14 (8)

SHORELINE — The Wildcats (5-2 overall, 2-0 league) played to a 14-14 tie with the Scots (6-2, 2-2), before erupting for 13 runs in the lone extra frame to score nearly 30 on the game. As a team, Archbishop Murphy went 27-for-56 and had 11 extra-base hits, including three homers. Carly Madhavan (5-for-7, 4 runs) homered twice for A-M as she and Sarah Fletcher (4-for-7, 3 runs, HR) each brought in six runs, with Fletcher hitting a grand slam in the eighth. Saylah Lopez brought in four runs for A-M as well. Shorecrest doubled seven times, as Lilia Titiali’i-McKinnon (3-for-5, run) notched five RBI on two doubles.

Edmonds-Woodway 6, Meadowdale 5 (8)

EDMONDS — Helena Marsh hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth to push the Warriors (3-5, 2-0) to a league win over the Mavericks (2-5, 0-2). Ellie Alderson (2-for-4) was a force for Edmonds-Woodway, doubling twice to bring in two runs. Amari Davidson-Lee also scored a run and finished with two RBI. Samantha Martens (RBI) doubled and stole a base for Meadowdale.

Mountlake Terrace 18, Lynnwood 5 (5)

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — The Hawks (4-3, 3-1) scored 18 runs in just four frames to invoke the run rule against the Royals (4-4, 0-3). Charlotte Snook (1-for-1, 4 runs) brought four runs in by homering and drawing two walks, while Amaya Johnson scored four times and Eva Martins had three RBI. Evie Snow (2 RBI) and Jordyn Stokes each scored three times for Mountlake Terrace. Lanah Palumbo and Payton Coulter each scored twice for Lynnwood.

Monroe 7, Everett 6 (9)

MONROE — Tenny Oylear (1-for-5) saved her best for last, singling in the bottom of the ninth to walk off a long extra-inning day for the Bearcats (4-5, 1-1) and the Seagulls (4-4, 1-1). Vivian Knuckey brought in two runs while Sophia Jeske and Brook Boswell (2-for-4) each scored twice for Monroe. Mia Hoekendorf (HR) scored two runs and had two RBI for Everett.
