Published 6:59 pm Friday, October 1, 2010
EVERETT
Forward lines:
Maxwell-Ferraro-Tochkin
Birkholz-Cumiskey-MacDonald
Elynuik-Giebel-McCrea
Winquist-McGrath-Fowlie
Defensive pairings:
Murray-Suer
Rissanen- Theriau

Starting goalie:

Scratches: Morden, Erricson, Hayer, Huhtala.
Notes: Everett welcomes defenseman Alex Theriau back to the lineup. Theriau sat out last Saturday’s 5-2 victory over Vancouver because of suspension incurred for a checking-from-behind major penalty. Evan Morden gives way. Otherwise the lineup remains the same, with the exception of centers Tyler Giebel and D.Jay McGrath swapping lines.
KAMLOOPS
Forward lines:
Ranford-Schaber-Barnett
Trask-Bortnak-DePape
Keil-Smith-Willick
Hanes-McVeigh-Lipon
Defensive pairings:
Fienhage-Madaisky
Saip-Underwood
Maschmeyer-Hansen
Starting goalie:
Groenheyde
Scratches: Caron, Martell, Gaudet, Souto.
Notes: Kamloops hands a WHL debut to defenseman Corey Fienhage, the high-profile arrival from the University of North Dakota. The Blazers are without tough-guy d-man Josh Caron because of a broken collarbone.
