Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m., Wednesday, council chambers, City Hall, 206 S. Granite Ave., Granite Falls. The first reading of a resolution increasing property tax revenue for collection in 2011 is on the agenda.

Monroe City Council, 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, City Hall, 806 W. Main St. On the agenda there will be a public hearing about the Chain Lake annexation with Snohomish County Council.

Snohomish City Council, budget presentation at 6:00 p.m. tonight. School Administration Center, George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Avenue D. On the agenda two public hearings about property tax levy and for revenue sources for next year.

Stanwood School Board, 6 p.m. Tuesday, board room, school district administration building, 26920 Pioneer Highway.
