Air Force Airman Aaron Devore graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Toni and Kevin Burch of Monroe and Gordon and Wanda Devore of Chehalis.
Air Force Airman Jacob Dunn recently graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Doug Dunn of Oak Harbor and is a 2007 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
Air Force Airman Kurt Minks has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Jason Minks of Everett and is a 2009 graduate of Everett High School.
Navy Reserve Seaman Recruit Kyle Burton, son of Kelly Smith of Everett and John Burton of Marysville, recently completed basic training at U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Burton is a 2009 graduate of Mariner High School.
Navy Seaman Apprentice Aaron Capon, son of Gayla and Lyndon Capon of Marysville, recently completed basic training at U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill. Capon is a 2008 graduate of Marysville Arts and Technology High School.
Army National Guard Pvt. Kyle Nadeau has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Nadeau is the son of Christine Nadeau of Edmonds and grandson of Audrey Broker of Attica, Mich.
Army Pfc. Patrick Earl has graduated from the H-8 tracked vehicle recovery specialist course at Fort Knox, Ky. Earl is the son of Kimberly Earl and grandson of Georgia Earl, both of Oak Harbor. He is a 2009 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
Army Pvt. Anthony Peterson was awarded a Certificate of Achievement for performing and accomplishing assigned duties in a commendable manner and for demonstrating skill and initiative in devising and improving work methods and procedures. Peterson is a forward observer assigned to the 1st Battalion, 19th Field Artillery, Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. He is the son of Vivian Peterson of Bellevue and brother of Angel Peterson of Bothell.
Army Pvt. Nicole Debevec has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Debevec is the daughter of Ken Debevec of Everett. She is a 2007 graduate of Henry M. Jackson High School.
