Toddler found dead in Toppenish

TOPPENISH — Police are investigating the death of a 14-month-old boy in Toppenish.
KNDO-TV reports officers were called to an address about noon Wednesday and found the boy. They arrested a 45-year-old woman who had been caring for him for investigation of manslaughter.
Medical examiners will determine how the boy died.
