A Rossi sighting under the dome

Dino Rossi, the best known Republican-without-portfolio in Washington, is hanging out at the Capitol this morning.

I stopped him on his way to a meeting with the House Republican Caucus to ask the question everyone always asks him: Are you running for governor?

His answer was, basically, not at the moment.

That clears up things, right?
